Free Futon

Patrice Cearley has a futon that sat in her spare room for 3 years. It has been used a total of 10 times. Made from a black metal frame with wooden sides to hold magazines. It is a double size and has a black pad. Bring 2 strong bodies to carry it away and it's yours.

Please contact Patrice 598-4121.

Free Summer movies

Edwards Theater in Santa Maria offers free family movies on Tuesday and Wednesday at 10:00 AM. The seating is first come, first serve. A few movies have been "sold out" pretty quickly, so I recommend going a little earlier to get a seat, and seats all together! It's a fun way to spend a morning, and it a free trip to watch the movies on the big screen! The dates and movies are as follows:

07/14/2009-07/15/2009 Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium (G) Alvin And The Chipmunks (PG)

07/21/2009-07/22/2009 Doogal (G) Surf's Up (PG)

07/28/2009-07/29/2009 Space Chimps (G) Igor (PG)

08/04/2009-08/05/2009 The Tale Of Despereaux (G) Nim's Island (PG)

08/11/2009-08/12/2009 Horton Hears A Who (G) Spiderwick Chronicles (PG)

Strawberries

Costco has a 4 pound box of LOCAL strawberries for only $3. Yes, THREE dollars, and they are local, even. It doesn't get much better than that! Enjoy those berries!

{Thanks for the info, Anna!}

Free Playhouse

Anna Mengel has this up for anyone to take for free. It would be great if you could pick it up, but if not they can deliver. It is on a platform now that they built so it sits really flat. And you are welcome to the platform as well if it will be going on uneven ground. Please leave a comment or contact Anna if you are interested. {It probably will go fast, if not gone already!}

Washer and Dryer

Gwenn Lott, a member of the 1st Ward has a friend looking to get rid of an old washing machine and dryer. Please contact Gwenn at 925-6671 with more information.
