Bowen Therapy

Hi,

I'm having a Bowen therapy open house this Tues. March 24th at my house from 7 - 9pm. Come learn about Bowen, watch a treatment, get a mini treatment, enjoy the friends and have some refreshments!! Bring anyone with you that you want and an ache or pain. We'll see if we can get rid of it for you. If you want to check it out a little before you come -go to you tube and put bowen therapy in the search and watch a little video from a naturoupath doctor. I don't think I spelled that right. Anyways, it's amazing and gentle and it works. Check it out. Come by to visit me any time. I don't know when we are coming back to 3rd ward but I know I'll miss the people from 1st and Spanish branch when we do. Hope to see you soon. Carol

Hi!

Thanks, Teresa for sending me the new Blog spot! It will be fun to be able to "visit" my dear friends in 3rd ward! Idaho had treated the Colmans very well! We are enjoying having a Bishop in the house now! All the kids and the grandkids are doing great! Laura is due in about 8 weeks so grandbaby #8 is on the way! She is having a girl so the score is 5 girls and 3 boys and ALL of them are SOOOOOOO cute! (of course!)

Well, I don't want to ramble too much or I may not be allowed another entry! I miss you all! Lisa wants to go to California for graduation, so of course Santa Maria will be one of our "must" stops! Can't wait to see you all!

Trader Joe's

So, it's finally open! Yay for Trader Joe's! It's on Bradley, next to Costco.

A few things...

I am requesting that banana cupcake and frosting recipe that was used for refreshments at the enrichment meeting last night. Yum!

I am offering a baby detachable car seat and base that has been in my garage a long time. Neutral tan colors.

Carol Speaker is a certified Bowenwork therapist. If you have physical complaints, she may be able to help you. She charges a reasonable fee and I've been relieved of carpal tunnel symptoms through her talented touch. Thank you Carol!

Lawrence and I are also being trained in Bowenwork but we are only halfway done. We are in need of case studies if you don't mind getting free bowenwork for physical complaints. You must be willing to lay on a massage table (remain clothed) and relax or even sleep for about an hour once a week for three weeks. You must also inform us if and when your physical complaints resolve. Thanks, Andrea Jones

Ink Cartridges

Kathy Brinton has two unopened ink cartridges that she would like to see go to a good home that can use them. They no longer have the printer that the ink was originally bought for. One cartridge is black {#98}, and the other is color {#95}. They can be used for the following printers:

HP Deskjet 5940, HP Photosmart Models C4140, C4150, C4180, D5060, D5065, D5069, D5145, D5155, D5160, 2570, 2575, 8050; and HP Officejet 6310.

If you can use them, contact Kathy at kjfbrinton@verizon.net She can bring them with her to church.
